In addition to providing direct, ongoing support for conservation projects, I also deliver training for many partner organisations. My workshops focus on human dimensions topics which conservation practitioners should consider part of their toolkit for engaging with human communities. The trainings below have been designed and delivered to previous partners, but alternative trainings can be developed to suit your needs.

In Person Training
This workshop focusses on the basic skills and understanding that conservation practitioners need in order to use behaviour change to support their conservation goals. Typically, three days of training are needed for the basic workshop material, but this can be extended to include focussed planning and support for a specific project.

Behaviour Change
This workshop consists of three days of training and one day of active fieldwork to practice implementation of the tools and techniques conferred in the training. This programme is designed to teach the skills necessary to carry out a thoughtful stakeholder analysis, to allow organisations to engage more effectively with other stakeholders in often complex conservation landscapes.

Stakeholder Analysis
Over two jam-packed days of training, this workshop introduces practitioners to the key skills and techniques needed to integrate qualitative approaches into their project. The training will focus on developing critical data collection and analysis skills, and how to apply them successfully.
